Mohegan Lake Audi Employee Used Vehicle For Two Weeks, Police Say

A Mahopac woman who worked at an Audi dealership was arrested and charged after she took out a car for more than two weeks.

Briana Adorno, 21, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a Class A Misdemeanor. 

The dealership reported one of its loaner vehicles was missing on Dec. 14. Police located the vehicle on Dec. 18 at the Jefferson Valley Mall and found Adorno took the vehicle on Nov. 30. Adorno surrendered to police on Dec. 18.

She was released on her own recognizance and is due back in court on Jan. 18.
